A Teleplay

A savvy real estate agent, known locally as the Duchess of East 96th due to her English background, tries to hold her life together as an aging woman in her sixties. She assumes responsibility for her real estate agency, as well as for her clients, colleagues and family, and gets lost in the mix.  A turn of events throws her off course with people she never thought she would encounter and the results are hilarious. Born to a life of leisure and privilege, she finds the world of the worker bee much more interesting, if always challenging.
